About Us

• The Mortgage House has been in business since 1991 when it opened
  the doors to it's Holland, Michigan office.  
• It is a family business that is currently operated by Timothy Kleyla and
  has offices in Holland, Grand Rapids and Muskegon.
• Tim is the President of the company, but also works closely with clients
  on a daily basis.
• Tim is committed to keeping up with the industry through activity in the
  Michigan Mortgage Broker's Association where he has served on the
  Board for several years and as the Association President in 2004. 
• In 2006 Tim received the “2006 Mortgage Broker of the Year” Award
  from the MMBA and currently serves on the Legislative Committee.
